Rrrrrrrrrrr

R is for rojo, rouge, rot, red, rosso ...
R and Y
These are the latest developments on my Stitch Dictionary embroidery sampler. (Y is for yellow, of course.)

R is for Rockywold Dining Hall, where we had all of our meals at Squam Art Workshops, and for Rockywold Socks, which is what I've decided to call these ...
Rockywold Socks
Pattern: my own
Yarn: Liberty Fibers Merino Superwash Sock, purchased at the Squam Art Fair
Needles: 2.50mm and 2.25mm dpns

I'm going back and forth in my mind as to whether I should write up the pattern. What do you think?

Last but not least, R is for raspberries, fresh from the South Hadley Farmers Market ...

Happy Friday!

Well, the first thing I did when I saw your socks was to try to link on the pattern.....no luck. So, I'm thinking you should write it up. I really like the combination of the texture and the plain stockinette in the cuff. Beautiful! And, I already own just the perfect yarn for these. So my vote is yes, yes, write it up!

Well, of course you should write up the pattern to those socks! (could there even be a toe-up version?)
:)

I confess I am not a fan of toe-up socks--I really, really like working top-down. So, no, there wouldn't be a toe-up version. Sorry!

Yes please write up a pattern! I'd be happy to act as a test-knitter too :)
